Course Overview
The OSTRICH (ObServation Tool and Resource for Inclusive Communication in Healthcare) helps health services check how accessible their communication really is. This module introduces the tool, based on the World Health Organization’s International Classification of Functioning, and shows you how to use it to observe your service’s environment, staff interactions and resources — and to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
